When will my order be shipped?
Orders made will be dispatched in 2 business days.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse here in Singapore.
Do you offer international shipping?
Sorry! Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. Stay tuned for more updates!
How do I track my package delivery status?
We'll be working with a third-party courier fulfilment company. You will receive an SMS on the day of your delivery. However, you will not be able to track your delivery status when in transit.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer standard free shipping service for orders S$40 and above. For orders below S$40, a flat-rate shipping fee will be charged (standard/express).
Can I exchange or return items?
No, we do not allow exchange or accept return items unless there is a manufacturing defect. Kindly email to hello@plu.com.sg to notify us.
Can I cancel my order?
Request for cancellation of orders are not allowed.
Can I still amend my order after placing the order?
We are afraid that we do not allow changes to be made to your order once it has been placed.
What should I do if my order is damaged during transit?
We understand how unpleasant the experience must be to receive a box of damaged items! Please contact us at hello@plu.com.sg with your order details and photos of it and our team will reach out to you shortly.
How long does the delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Express delivery takes 2 to 3 working days.
