Are plu products safe to use? 

All plu products are dermatologist tested and safe to use.

    Who can use plu products?

    • Anyone can use plu products. Our products are suitable for both men and women. Our best-selling moisturiser Bio UU Cream can even be used for children and babies!

    • plu products are ideal for all skin types.

    What are the ingredients used in plu products? Does plu Body Scrubs contain harsh beads that will damage our skin?
    • plu products are formulated with natural cleansing ingredients extracted from coconuts with no chemical ingredients.
    • plu scrubs are free from micro-beads, parabens, venzophenones-free and silicon-oil free.
    • If you have any concerns with specific ingredients, you may refer to the product labels and ingredients list on the back of our product packaging and website to be sure that the ingredients are suitable for your use.

      How do I know if plu products will be suitable for me?
      We recommend all our users to perform a patch test on hidden skin before any full application. 

        How often should I use plu Body Scrubs?
        We recommend to exfoliate with plu Body Scrubs two to three times a week. (You should first examine your skin's tolerance level by exfoliating once a week)
          • Users with dry or sensitive skin may exfoliate once to two times a week.
          • Users with oily or acne-prone skin may exfoliate two to three times a week.
          • Users with normal or combination skin type may exfoliate two to three times a week.
          • Users with mature skin type may exfoliate two times a week.

          Can I use two face or body scrubs consecutively on the same day?
          Avoid using more than one type of scrub on your face or on your body. Over-exfoliation may cause skin irritation.

            Can I use plu Body Scrub for my face as well?
            Avoid using body scrub as your face scrub. Body scrubs are specifically designed for the use of the skin on your body, its content may differ from products that is designed for the use of the skin on your face.

            What is the expiry date for my plu product?
            All plu products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture. Discard product 6 months after opening.
